This past Christmas, Cody got me the best present ever: a juicer. I've always wanted one, and now that I have one, I'm borderline obsessed. My evenings have resulted in looking up new juicing recipes to try, while playing around with random veggies and fruits as well. Is this what my nights have come to? I lead such an exciting life, I know.
Last night I decided to just toss some ingredients into my JuiceMan, and see what the results would be. I opted for some kale, carrots, cabbage, celery, ginger, and an apple and pear to sweetened it up a little. Not going to lie, I'm not that big of a vegetable consumer. So I'm trying to find the easiest way to curve that in 2013, just like the rest of resolution-ers in January. Anyway, the result:
It's actually not bad what so ever. The sweetness of the fruits pretty much masks the tastes of the veggies (if you're not a fan of cabbage/kale/any other greens) and the ginger gives it a little kick to wake you up. As for the left over pulp?

Looks good !!!Nice pictures!
