Cody and I were doing some shopping in Hayes Valley the other day. It was sunny. It was warm. We saw Smitten. It was perfect.

Photo op with Around The Bay Gal Xtine while heading to dinner. I love the random murals that are scattered through out the Mission. Decided to pull a print on print, gingham on gingham top for the night. See my tie?

Trying to be cute, despite it being obnoxiously windy. Used the "keep your eyes closed until you take the picture" trick that Tyra Banks taught me on ANTM, to avoid my eyes being dried up from the wind.

The other night I attended art collective Femme Cartel's opening night for their Fashionably Drawn exhibit held at Public Works in the Mission, curated by the lovely Emily "Femily" Howe and Christina Bohn. The one thing I love about this art group is that it consists of all talented female artists, and each exhibit they showcase has a given theme... This one being girly/urban fashion illustrations.

Just came back from a fun, but unfortunately short, weekend from Los Angeles with my boyfriend. I'm still not satisfied with the weather in San Francisco, so we decided to make an impromptu trip down south. While there, I decided to check out Unique LA since I missed the showcase in San Francisco 2 weeks ago.

My dear and lovely friend Jackie is moving to South Korea this weekend to work on a project for her job. To celebrate her departure, she organized a "grub crawl" which, knowing her and how much of a foodie she is, is such a great idea. Think bar crawl, just only with food. Hence the word "grub", duh.

If you mix alcohol, a 21+ crowd, paint/paint brushes, and happy hour, you pretty much have Club Six on any given Thursday. Every Thursday they have happy hour painting where people drink and unleash their creative abilities on canvas. The idea is to create as many masterpieces you can within 3 hours.

Happy July!!! The 4th of July always seemed to mark the midway point of summer for me. I remember being younger during summer vacation and realizing that my summer break was half over once July 4th hit. This year I decided to actually make an effort to see the fireworks up close and personal, so I headed to Pier 39.
