The pork is cooked in this paper bag, locking in a lot of the moisture/flavor. Breaking up the grilled pork was easy as pie. Served with corn tortillas and pickled cabbage (I think?) with a verde salsa. I loved everything about it! I will definitely be coming back soon. Like really really soon.
Also got some house made almond horchata and strawberry lemonade. Thirsty much?
