I remember in my teenage years, I would wear my jeans 2 sizes to big and wear an accommodating t-shirt to match the bagginess. Needless to say I was SWIMMING in my clothes. Why couldn't Jeanology exist in back then?
Jeanology was an event held at Pigment Cosmetics in the SoMa area that featured Joe's Jeans as the main guest, and gave the general public a "tutorial" on jean fitting and ideas to wear them.
I haven't really been a fan of white denim since J.Lo wore them in her "Love Don't Cost A Thing" video circa 2001. I guess they work here? I don't know... What do you think?
The bummer about this event is that my friend Myrda and her business partner Eloisa from Revelation by M.E. were supposed to have these adorable scarves featured in the denim showing (which was the main reason why I went), but they ended up not using them. Check out Myrda and Eloisa's line that I mentioned HERE.
I wasn't really into any of the denim featured, but to be fair, the jeans really just didn't match my personal style, but looked great on the models. Speaking of clothes/style, I've been itching to start my "Style" section on this dainty little blog of mine. Any ideas on what I should feature?
